I am here today with my 

Gentle Reminder

Decoupage with four layers

matted onto blue mirri card

them I used a 6x6 card 

folded the front back on itself 

then mat and layered th outside of the card with papers from my stash

I then used foam pads to one side of my image 

and added it to one side of my card
